Administrator/Co-Owner: Jessica Robinson, is a wife and mother of 3 children, married for 9 years to Jeff an Electrician with a Local Billings Electrical Company. Jeff and Jessica recently relocated to Billings to be closer to Jeanette and her family and to open this Assisted Living Home. Jessica has a Bachelors in Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration. For the past 6 years she has owned and operated her own very successful In-Home Daycare in California. Prior to owning her business Jessica worked in the Corporate world for 13 years in Administrative and Managerial roles. However after having her own children she discovered her true calling was taking care of people and children. In her Daycare in addition to providing basic care needs she also provided a learning environment with a curriculum, crafts, sensory and music and movement play. Its is her goal to provide a safe, fun, engaging Home for her Residents.
Co-Owner: Jeanette Meyers, is also a wife and mother to twin Boys, married to James was raised in Billings. For over five years Jeanette has worked at a local Assisted Living Facility and has moved up from basic caregiver to the Manager. She has learned the daily care responsibilities of the residents and the managerial tasks of scheduling patient doctors’ appointments, shift schedules, Medicaid meetings, intake interviews and facility cleanliness standards. In addition to learning all the requirements and responsibilities of an Assisted Living Facility, she has learned what not to do and what she wants to do better in her Facility. "The residents are not just a dollar amount they should be treated with respect and provided a safe, fun, loving environments to live in."
Manager: Mary, is new to us but has been a mental health worker with struggling adolescents for a year but prior to that has worked in customer services for 20 years. Mary is a married mother of 3 children who's Husband is a retired Marine. Mary bounces between both house and provides any and all needed support for staff or residents.
Maurine House Supervisor: Stephanie has been in health care for over 20 years, she is married and raising 3 kids. She is very passionate about the Residents well being and likes their home to be kept tidy. Stephanie grew up in Big Timber and enjoys getting back there often. Stephanie over see's the Maurine Home during the week and provides all types of support to the residents and staff alike.
Personal Care Aides: Our great, fun, caring group of ladies provide assistance in Daily Life Activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, oral care, meal preparation and eating assistance if needed. They provide Residents with reminders for self-administration of medications per doctor's orders and/or Resident Service Plan. Assist Residents with activities, recreational pursuits while keeping their safety in mind at all times. They also document of client's Activities of Daily Living, medications, and any unusual activity.
All of our Staff members & Management provide support in all aspects of Daily Living to ensure all Residents gets one on one care, make personal connections, and are provided with dignity, respect, and compassionate care.
